Carol Barrington, Acoma, New Mexico: Also known as Sky City, this pueblo on its high mesa may date to A.D. 1150. It is considered to be the oldest continuously inhabited city in the United States. Visitors are welcome via guided tours that start at the visitor center in the valley below. |
